Christina Romeo
Christina Romeo

Christina works as a mixed media abstract artist in Portland Oregon, born in Long Island New York spent her early childhood years in Ft. Lauderdale Florida and Houston Texas, her early adult years were spent as resident of British Columbia, Canada living in a remote mountain town learning how to live a lifestyle of organic and creative living.

Christina's work consists mostly of the connections between feeling, texture, line and color. She strives to communicate with the viewer using an abstract collection of marks, lines and form. Often the small amount of chaos found in the texture of a found piece of paper or tiny pencil mark in the right placement will capture this energy.

Christina has been a professional mixed media artist for over 15 years, published in many books and magazines for her textile mixed media work as well as her contemporary abstract paintings.

In addition to her thriving art career Christina works as an Outpatient Coding Health Information Manager for OHSU teaching and research hospital in Portland Oregon
